The meeting follow with a Logo competition which includes 8 entries. The voting result selected the logo number 7, designed by Tuan Nguyen and highlighted the core values of VG including:
- Uniting students working together for a better student life. The logo portraits the image of people holding hand together in a circle.
- Representing both Vietnamese culture symbol and Greenwich cultural meaning. The logo symbolized major features traditional Dong Son Bronz drum, which was used as calendar calculation in Vietnamese culture at the mid-1st millennium BCE; and the compass rose representing historic and cultural meanings on the logo of the University of Greenwich.

The meeting ended up with a photos-taking section on the Greenwich Hill taking the meaningful background of the Canary Wharf, The thames river and the University of Greenwich. We believe that this location is a good Feng shui setting in Vietnamese culture perspective.
